Kiss

Do you remember your first kiss

Was it was awkward Weird

And you couldn’t figure out where the noses went

Do you remember your last kiss

Was it a quick peck

Did he hold you close

Did his tongue slide along yours as your mouths merged

Was it soft, a brush of his lips against yours

An amuse-bouche of a taste

Or was it hard and passionate

His hand tangled in your hair

Where teeth gnashed together

And no one cared where the noses went

When you kiss and your eyes close

Do you see fireworks behind your lids

When your lips meet

When you kiss

Does your body press against his

Or do you touch only at your lips

Does the world stop spinning

Does the world start spinning

Do you crave it? Need it? Miss it?
